2. Zero-Playlist-Storage Architecture

We value user privacy above all else. NuptPlayer operates under a strict Zero-Server-Storage policy:

• Your Xtream Codes credentials, passwords, and M3U playlist URLs are stored strictly locally on your Android TV device inside the encrypted Android Keystore.
• Our licensing server never transmits, inspects, proxies, logs, or stores your playlist contents or stream URLs.
• All media streaming occurs strictly between your TV device and your chosen provider's servers.

3. Licensing & Account Data

When you create an account on nupt.me, we process:

• Your email address and cryptographic password hash (Argon2id / PBKDF2).
• Assigned license activation codes and anonymous cryptographic Device IDs for slot enforcement.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Contract fulfillment for license distribution).

4. Your Rights under GDPR

You have the right to request access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data at any time by contacting seibel@dxniel.de.
